Every entry carries the title, journal, year, PubMed ID and study design, with a link to the record so you can read it yourself. A paper filed under two conditions appears twice, so the entry count runs higher than the paper count. Our position is the one stated on our vaccine awareness page. We are not pro or against COVID-19 vaccines. We are here to provide information for you to decide. What this library is not. It is not a risk assessment and it is not a measure of how often anything happens. It is not a claim that vaccination caused any condition named here, and it does not weigh benefit against risk. Timing is not cause. It also does not tell you what any paper concluded. No entry carries a summary, a verdict, or a tag describing what its authors reported. How this library was built

What the evidence-type tag means

Every entry carries a study design, taken from PubMed’s own publication-type metadata or from an explicit statement of design in the title. It tells you what kind of paper you are about to open.
meta-analysis
Pools numerical results from several earlier studies and analyzes them together.
systematic review
Searches the literature to a stated protocol and summarizes the studies retrieved.
trial
Assigns an intervention to participants under a protocol, including randomized trials.
cohort
Follows or compares defined groups of people, including case-control and self-controlled designs.
surveillance
Analyzes reports collected by a monitoring system such as VAERS, v-safe or a national registry.
case series
Describes a small number of patients together.
case report
Describes one patient.
mechanistic
Laboratory, animal, imaging or tissue work, not a clinical population study.
design not tagged
PubMed lists the paper only as a journal article and does not tag a study design.

Sources

Titles, journals, publication years and study designs come from the PubMed E-utilities API. Records PubMed does not index were checked against Crossref. Titles are reproduced from PubMed rather than retyped.

Date range

Publication years run from 2021 to 2026. The 2021 entries were carried forward from this page’s previous citation list. Everything from 2022 onward came from the searches described here.

How many papers are listed

Every meta-analysis, systematic review, trial, cohort, surveillance and mechanistic study retrieved is listed, with no cap. Case series and case report entries are capped at 10 per condition, newest first. Design not tagged entries are capped at 3 per condition, newest first. Reviews and commentary are not listed. Narrative reviews, editorials, letters, comments and news items are not studies. We ran 114 condition searches, and 108 conditions have entries here. Each search returned at most 60 records, newest first. For 32 conditions PubMed holds more records than the 60 retrieved, so those are a recent sample and not the complete set. The count beside each condition heading is what this page lists, not what PubMed holds.

Link checking

Every link was checked on 2026-07-31. We confirmed PubMed records against the E-utilities API and checked the rest over HTTP. A publisher blocking automated requests returns a 403, which we record as unverified rather than dead, because a block is not link rot. We removed every link returning 404. Journals move and retire URLs. If a link here does not resolve, tell us through our contact page and include the paper’s title, and we will repoint it at the next refresh.
